As a consequence of our reputation for having integrity and providing results, we often work on exclusive assignments that are not advertised. Another important distinction is that we work directly with the decision makers (i.e. partners, managing counsels, etc.) that make the determinations regarding who will be interviewed, who will be extended an offer, etc. If you are interested in learning more about opportunities that we are in the position to introduce you to, please send us a confidential resume and cover letter specifying your priorities and the types of opportunities that you'd like to be considered for, including your geographic preferences. We do receive a high volume of inquiries from candidates, thus we respectfully request that your initial inquiry be in the form of a current resume and cover letter. Our process is quite simple. If we believe that your credentials and interests are a potential match for a specific opportunity, we will contact you to discuss it at a time that is convenient for you. You have our express commitment that all information is accepted in confidence and that no resumes are submitted without first speaking to you and obtaining your explicit permission. Note for Recent Graduates and Law Students: Unfortunately, we rarely work on opportunities for which we are seeking candidates who have just graduated or are about to graduate and need assistance finding a first position as a licensed attorney, nor do we recruit for summer associate positions. The exception to the above noted comments pertaining to "recent graduates and law students" would be for Patent Agents or Patent Attorneys with engineering and/or scientific backgrounds that have patent experience.
